Sahih Al-Jami ‘As-Sagir Hadith No. 95

By almaas Nov 22, 2022

It is reported that Hakim ibn Hizam said:

“The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him, said: “ Do you hear what I hear? Truly, I hear the creaking of heaven, and you cannot blame it for it, because there’s not an inch of space free on it that there isn’t an angel that is prostrating or standing (worshiping).”

 This hadith was transferred to al-Tabarani in Mu’jam al-Kabir 3122 and ad-Diya al-Maqadisi.

Sheikh al-Albani called the hadith authentic. See “Sahih al-jami ‘as-sagir” 95, “Silsil al-ahadis as-sahiha” 852.
