ابْدَأ بِمَنْ تعُولُ
It is reported that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said:
“ Start (spending) with those whom you must support !” This hadith was transmitted by al-Tabarani in al-Mu’jam al-Kabir (3129) from the words of Hakim ibn Hizam, may Allah be pleased with him .”
