«إذا أراد الله قبض عبد بأرض جعل له فيها حاجة» .

The Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
“When Allah wants to seize(take his soul) a slave in some land, He makes it so that he has a need there.”
This hadith was narrated by Ahmad, at-Tabarani in al-Mu’jam al-Kabir and Abu Nu’aim in Khilyatul-awliya, according to Abu Hurayra, may Allah be pleased with him.
Sheikh al-Albani called the hadith authentic. See Saheeh al-Jami ‘as-saghir (311).
