It is reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
“When Allah intends to create something nothing can prevent it (from coming into existence).”
This hadith was narrated by Muslim (1438) from the words of Abu Sa’id al-Khudri .
Sheikh al-Albani called the hadith authentic. See Saheeh al-Jami ‘as-saghir (310).
