حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَجْلَحُ ، عَنِ الذَّيَّالِ بْنِ حَرْمَلَةَ , عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ رضي الله عنهما قَالَ : أَقْبَلْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم حَتَّى دَفَعْنَا إِلَى حَائِطٍ فِي بَنِي النَّجَّارِ فَإِذَا فِيهِ جَمَلٌ لاَ يَدْخُلُ الْحَائِطَ أَحَدٌ إِلاَّ شَدَّ عَلَيْهِ , فَذَكَرُوا ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم , فَأَتَاهُ فَدَعَاهُ , فَجَاءَ وَاضِعًا مِشْفَرَهُ على الأَرْضِ حَتَّى بَرَكَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ , فَقَالَ : هَاتُوا خِطَامًا فَخَطَمَهُ وَدَفَعَهُ إِلَى صَاحِبِهِ ، ثُمَّ الْتَفَتَ فَقَالَ : مَا بَيْنَ السَّمَاءِ إِلَى الأَرْضِ أَحَدٌ إِلاَّ يَعْلَمُ أَنِّي رَسُولُ اللهِ إِلاَّ عَاصِيَ الْجِنِّ وَالإِنْسِ.
Jabir رضي الله عنه narrates “I returned from a journey with RasoolAllah ﷺ until we arrived at an orchard of Banu Najjar. In it was a camel who blocked anyone from entering the orchard and it attacked anyone who tried to do so. This was reported to the Prophet ﷺ so he went to it and called the camel. The camel came to RasoolAllah whilst dragging his lips on the ground until it sat before him. Then he ﷺ said: “Bring a piece of rope “, then he tied it with the rope and return it to its owner. Then he looked back and said: There is none amongst the heavens and the earth but he knows that I am actually the Messenger of Allah except those who are disobedient sinners from the Jinns and Mankind. “
