أتاني آت من عند ربي عز وجل فقال من صلى عليك من أمتك صلاة كتب الله له بها عشر حسنات ومحا عنه عشر سيئات ورفع له عشر درجات ورد عليه مثلها

This hadith was narrated by Imam Ahmad in his Musnad on the authority of Abu Talha Al – Ansari:
“It is reported that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: A messenger from my Great and Almighty Lord appeared to me and said: Whoever prays ( invokes blessing) for you from your Ummah then Allah writes for him ten good deeds , and he wipes out ten bad deeds , and raises him ten degrees (status in front of Allah), and he responds to him similarly (same blessings back to him).
This hadeeth was narrated by Ahmad 4/29 from the words of Abu Talha.
