Jibril came to me and said, “O Muhammad, “He is doomed who grows up and finds one of his parent has died, and went to the Hellfire[1], may Allah expel him from Himself! ” He said, “Say Amin,” so I said Amin. Then he said, “He is doomed who sees the month of Ramadan come and go, and he has not been forgiven.” He said, “Say Amin,” so I said Amin. Then he said, he is doomed who hears you mentioned and does not send Salat upon you.” He said, “Say Amin,” so I said Amin.

Notes
[1] This is regarding a person who realizes when he grows up that only one of his parent is alive (either the mother or father) and still entered hellfire because of his disrespect and not serving and helping them when they most need it due to old age.
