اثْبُتْ أُحُدُ فإِنَّمَا عليْكَ نَبِيٌّ وصِدِّيقٌ وشَهِيدانِ
(خ د ت) عن أنسٍ (ت) عن عُثْمانَ (حم ع حب) عن سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ)
It is reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
“Do not move Uhud (mountain), for the Prophet, the most truthful  and two martyrs  are standing on you!”
This hadith was narrated by al-Bukhari (3675), Abu Dawud (4651), at-Tirmidhi (3697), Abu Ya’la (2910) from the words of Anas ibn Malik; at-Tirmidhi (3703) from the words of ‘Uthman; Ahmad (5/331), Abu Ya’la (7518) and Ibn Hibban in his Saheeh (6865) from the words of Sahl ibn Sa’d, may Allah be pleased with them.
The hadith is authentic. See Sahih al-Jami ‘as-saghir (131), al-Silsilah al-sahiha (875).
 “Siddiq” is an honorable nickname for Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him.
 ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab was killed in 644, and’ Uthman ibn ‘Affan in 656, may Allah be pleased with both of them.
