411 (صحيح)
“إذا بايعت فقل لا خلابة”
(مالك حم ق د ن) عن ابن عمر (4) عن أنس.
411 – It is reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
“When you make deals, say:“ No deception! / La khillaba / ”” [1] This hadith was narrated by Malik 1368, Ahmad 2/44, al-Bukhari 2117, Muslim 1533, Abu Daud 3500, al-Nasai 7/252 from the words of ‘Abdullah ibn’ Umar, may Allah be pleased both of them; Abu Dawud 3501, at-Tirmidhi 1250, an-Nasai 4485, Ibn Majah 2354 according to Anas.
Sheikh al-Albani called the hadith authentic. See Saheeh al-jami ‘as-saghir 411.
Note: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said this to one person when he complained that he was being deceived in trade.

[1] – This person was Habban ibn Munkiz, may Allah be pleased with him. Imam Ahmad said: “Khillaba is a kind of deception, where people are deceived in what usually people do not deceive each other, for example, when they want to sell something worth one dirham for five.”
