Talq ibn ‘Ali is reported to have said:
“The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
“When a man calls his wife to fulfill his need, then let her come, even if she is at the oven.”
This hadith was narrated by Ahmad 4/22 and at-Tabarani in Mu’jam al-Kabir 8235.
