إذا أرادَ أحَدُكُمْ أنْ يَذْهَبَ إلى الخَلاءِ وأُقِيمَتِ الصَّلاةُ فَلْيَذْهَبْ إلى الخَلاءِ
(صحيح) … [حم د ن هـ حب ك] عن عبد الله بن أرقم. صحيح السنن 80)
It is reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
“If anyone of you needs to relieve themselves after the second call to prayer (iqama) has been announced, then let him go to the restroom [1] .”
This hadith was narrated by Malik 378, Ahmad 3/483, Abu Dawud 88, at-Tirmidhi 142, al-Nasai 1/110, Ibn Majah 616, Ibn Khuzaimah 1561, Ibn Hibban 2068, at-Tahawi in Mushkil al-Asar 2 / 403-404, Ibn Hazm 4/47, al-Bayhaqi 3/72, al-Hakim 1/273, who said: “An authentic hadith, corresponding to the conditions of al-Bukhari and Muslim,” and al-Zahabi agreed with him.
Sheikh al-Albani called the hadith authentic. See Sahih al-Jami ‘as-saghir 299, Mishkat al-Masabih 1069.
