«إذا أبردتم إلي بريدا فابعثوه حسن الوجه حسن الاسم» .

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
“When you send a messenger to me, look (for a person) with a pleasant face and a beautiful name.”
This hadith was narrated by al-Bazzar in “Kashf al-astar” 1895 from the words of Buraydah.
Sheikh al-Albani called the hadith authentic. See Saheeh al-jami ‘as-saghir 259.
