Anything that leads to unjustly destroying the soul and money is forbidden, including mobile (cellular) use while driving, so that it perishes by way of exposing your life and the life of others, your money and the money of others to damage.
Many of the traffic accidents that lead to death, amputation, or car crashes were caused by using a cell phone while driving
