أتموا الركوع والسجود فوالذي نفسي بيده إني لأراكم من وراء ظهري إذا ركعتم وإذا سجدتم» .

It is reported that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said:
“Make proper ruku’ and sujood!” I swear by whom in whose hand is my soul, truly, I see you behind me when you make ruku’ and sujood. “
This hadith was transmitted by Ahmad (3/115), al-Bukhari (6644), Muslim (425), al-Nasai (2/216) according to Anas, may Allah be pleased with him.
