It is reported that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said:
“Fear Allah with regard to those you own [1] .” This hadith was transmitted by al-Bukhari to al-Adab al-Mufrad 158 from the words’ Ali.
Sheikh al-Albani called the hadith authentic. See “Sahih al-Jami ‘al-sagir” 106, 4616, “al-Silsil al-sahih” 868, “Irvaul-gialil” 2178.
