أحب الحديث إلي أصدقه» .
(صحيح) … [حم خ] عن المسور بن مخرمة ومروان معا)
It is reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
” The most beloved statement to me is a true speech.”
This hadith was narrated by Ahmad (4/326) and al-Bukhari (2307) from the words of al-Miswar ibn Mahram and Marwan.
The hadith is authentic. See Saheeh al-Jami ‘as-saghir (169).
