O Allah! I seek refuge with You from worry (هَمِّ)( intending for the future) and grief /sadness (حَزَنِ)( resulting from the past), from incapacity (عَجْزِ) and laziness(كَسَلِ), from miserliness(بُخْلِ) and cowardice(جُبْنِ), from being heavily in debt (ضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ) and from being overpowered by (other) men (غَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ).
