I seek refuge with You from worry (هَمِّ)(intending for the future) and grief/sadness (حَزَنِ)(resulting from the past), from incapacity (عَجْزِ) and laziness(كَسَلِ), from miserliness(بُخْلِ) and cowardice(جُبْنِ), from being heavily in debt (ضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ) and from being overpowered by (other) men (غَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ).”
