Allaahumma innee a’oothu bika min sharri sam’ee

O Allah, I seek refuge in you from the evil of my hearing ( سَمْعِ) , and from the  evil of my sight( بَصَرِ), and from the evil of my tongue (لِسَانِ), and from the evil of my heart[1]( قَلْبِ), and from the evil of my seminal fluid[2]. (مَنِيِّ) i.e sexual organ.

Complete wording in Arabic:

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ سَمْعِي وَمِنْ شَرِّ بَصَرِي وَمِنْ شَرِّ لِسَانِي وَمِنْ شَرِّ قَلْبِي وَمِنْ شَرِّ مَنِيِّ

[1] Inclining to evil thoughts, or a heart devoid of Allah’s fear, filled with hatred, hypocrisy, envy, arrogance, bad thinking, and from corrupt beliefs, love of the world, following desires, hating to meet Allah . etc

[2] by committing adultery, homosexuality, masturbation and other forbidden things, or falling into the precursors to adultery, such as looking, touching, walking, resolving, and the like.

Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “Marry, because if the servant of Allah commits fornication Allah snatches the light of Iman from him, and may or may not return it to him.” Al-Tabaqaat Al-Kubraa, of Ibn Sa’d, 5/287
