The Noble Scholar Shaykh Ibn Bāz رحمه الله stated:
“The (recitation of the) Mu’awidhatān (Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nās) three times each in the morning and evening is from the means of safety from being afflicted with sorcery and other than it.”

قال الشيخ ابن باز رحمه الله :
“المُعوِّذتان صباحًا ومساءً ثلاث مرات من أسباب السلامة من السِّحر وغيره.”
