Shaykh ul-Islām ibn Taymiyyah [may Allāh have mercy on him] said:
“If the servant was to oppose all of the creation and he followed the Messenger of Allāh صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ, Allāh will not question him about his opposing of anyone [due to him following the Messenger and not opposing him].”
