Singling Out The 15th Of Sha’bān With Fast Has No Basis, Rather It Is Makrūh (Disliked)
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah رحمه الله said: “…as for singling out the 15th of Sha’bān with fast, then there is no basis for this. Rather, singling it out (with fast) is makrūh.”
