أتاني جِبْرِيلُ فَبَشَّرَني أنَّ الحَسَنَ والحُسَيْنَ سَيِّدَا شَبَابِ أهْلِ الجَنَّةِ

It is reported that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said:
“Jibril appeared to me and delighted me with the news that al-Hassan and al-Husayn were leaders of the youth from among the inhabitants of paradise.” This hadeeth was narrated by Ibn Sa’d from the words of Husayfah.
Sheikh al-Albani called the hadith authentic. See “Sahih al-jami ‘as-sagir” 63, al-Silsila as sahiha 796.
