Sh. Ibn ʿUthaymeen Raḥimahullāh said:
“With the common people if a person is afflicted with a calamity, they say: Lā Ḥawla Walā Quwwata Illā Billāh, whereas what is *LEGISLATED* for trials is that you say: Innā Lillāhi Wa Innā Ilaihi Rājiʿūn.”
