أبايعك على أن تعبد الله لا تشرك به شيئا وتقيم الصلاة المكتوبة وتؤتي الزكاة وتنصح لكل مسلم وتبرأ من الشرك
According to Jarir ibn ‘Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said:
“I take an oath from you that you will worship only Allah and will not associate anything Him, perform obligatory prayers, pay zakat, sincerely treat every Muslim and renounce polytheism!”
Ahmad passed on this hadith (4/364) and al-Nasai (7/148); “Irwa-al-Ghalil” (1207).
