«إذا أصبحتم فقولوا: اللهم بك أصبحنا وبك أمسينا وبك نحيا وبك نموت وإليك المصير»
(صحيح) … [هـ ابن السني] عن أبي هريرة. المشكاة 2389، الصحيحة 263)
It is reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
“ When you wake up in the morning, say:
“O Allah! By Your leave we have reached the morning and by your leave we have reached the evening. By Your leave we live and die and unto you is our return.”
/ Allahumma, bika asbahna, wa bika amsayna, va bika nahya, va bika namutu va ilaykal-maseer / ”.
This hadith was narrated by Ibn Majah (3868) and Ibn al-Sunni from the words of Abu Hurayra, may Allah be pleased with him.
Grade: صحيح
