448 – Itis reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
“When a Muslim makes Wudu, his sins leave him through his ears, eyes, hands and feet, and if he sits, he sits forgiven.”
This hadith was narrated by Ahmad 5/252, 256 and at-Tabarani in Mu’jam al-Kabir 7560 from the words of Abu Umama. Hafiz al-Munziri and al-Hathami called the isnad of the hadith good.See at-Targib 1/127, Majma’u-z-zavaid 1/228.
Shu’ayb al-Arnaut called the hadith authentic in the sum of the ways of transmission and supporting evidence. See Musnad Ahmad with tahqiq of Shu’aiba al-Arnauta 22260.
Sheikh al-Albani called the hadith good. See Sahih al-jami ‘as-saghir 448, Sahih at-targib wa-t-tarhib 187.
