إذا التقى الختانان وغابت الحشفة فقد وجب الغسل أنزل أم لم ينزل» .
حسن. طس عن ابن عمرو. الصحيحة 1261، صحيح أبي داود 209.
It is reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
“If two circumcised (male and female genitals) have come into contact and the head of the penis has disappeared, then bathing (ghusl) becomes mandatory, regardless of whether ejaculation has occurred or not!”
This hadith was narrated by al-Tabarani in al-Awsat 4489 from the words of ‘Abdullah ibn’ Amr.
Grade: حسن
Sheikh al-Albani called the hadith good. See Saheeh al-Jami ‘as-saghir (386).

Imam al-Baghawi said: “Performing ghusl from sexual defilement (janaba ) becomes obligatory for two reasons: the introduction of the penis into the vagina, or the release of semen, both from a man or from a woman.” See Sharh-us-Sunna 1/11.
