إذا أكل أحدكم طعاما فلا يمسح يده بالمنديل حتى يلعقها أو يلعقها» .
(صحيح) … [حم ق د هـ] عن ابن عباس [حم م ن هـ] عن جابر بزيادة: [فإنه لا يدري في أي طعامه تكون البركة] . الإرواء 1970، الصحيحة 390.
It is narrated from the words of Ibn ‘Abbas, may Allah be pleased with them both, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
“When you eat, do not wipe your hands till you have licked it, or had it licked by somebody else.” [1] This hadith was narrated by Ahmad 1/221, al-Bukhari 5456, Muslim 2031, Abu Dawood 3847, Ibn Majah 3269 from the words of Ibn ‘Abbas; Ahmad 3/301, Muslim 2033, al-Nasai in “Sunan al-Kubra” 6767, Ibn Majah 3270 from the words of Jabir with the addition: ” Truly, he does not know in what portion of his food the blessing lies.”
